	Every room è is provided with shower or bath with shower, mirror,writing desk, satellite televiosion, air conditioning and comunicating telephone.
They have è a reftered ceiling and the two upper bedrooms have also a tester wooden bed.
	By request it is possible to have bunk or single additional beds. Is open an INternet point with Wireless ADSL. Pets are accetable only by previous agreement at the moment of the booking

Breakfast is served from 8 o' clock to 10 o' clock in the dining room or on the balcony that gives on to the lake
